This especially for terrariums mixed soil makes the perfect substrate for terrariums which are moist but not too wet.  This substrate contains a high level of naturally decomposed material which allows it to be a rich soil for plants without needing extra fertiliser.  It is kept light and loose by the sand which has been mixed in.  Also suitable for plant pots used both in and outside the terrarium.
