These gift vouchers are a great and simple way of getting someone that reptile related product or new setup they have been looking for without the risk of getting the wrong size or make, or buying a light bulb in the wrong strength etc.   These gift vouchers can be used throughout the entire store allowing the customer to buy what ever they need up to the value of the voucher or if they require more money to be added on to this, it can be easily achieved through our cheque or PayPal payment services.  The voucher will even cover postage if the voucher ammount is high enough.

The vouchers can even be split up after a purchase, as change in the form of a further voucher.  If for example a £5 purchase is made for a £10 voucher, the customer will recieve an email with their new voucher code for the remaining £5, usually within 24 hours of making their purchase.  We cannot give change in the form of PayPal payments, cheques or cash.

Once you have ordered your gift voucher please allow up to 24 hours for the voucher code to be delivered to your email address.  This code will be sent to you in a simple text email with an image attatchment allowing you to either just write the code down for the recipient or to print out a reciept of ours to place inside a birthday or christmas card etc.  For this reason please make sure you give a valid email address when ordering and make sure it doesnt get sent to your junk folder.  However the plus sides of this are that you dont have to wait too long for the voucher to arrive and also there is no postage price.

When the customer wants to use the coucher all they have to do is enter the voucher code which they will be given at any time in the shopping cart which should activate the code.  You will be able to see whether it has been activated when in the shopping cart.  Any one code can only be used once.
